Free Holiday Parking Promotion
The City of Easton will again offer a free parking promotion during the holiday season. Free metered parking will continue on Saturdays and Sundays through Christmas. The promotion only applies to parking meters, not the city parking garages.
Collectible Easton Ornament
The next piece in the limited edition Easton ornaments series will feature the historic State Theatre marquee. The cost will be $20 (cash only) for the ornament (or $75 for a four-piece set featuring the State Theatre, Easton Farmers’ Market, Bugler and Candle). “Free Bridge” ornaments will also be sold, but there are very few left. The ornaments will be sold at the State Theatre box office, online at eastonmainstreet.org/ornaments and at the following locations within Downtown Easton:
- Connexions Gallery, 213 Northampton St.
- Mercantile Outpost (Easton Public Market), 325 Northampton St.
- Easton Farmers’ Market (on Saturdays), Centre Square
- Sigal Museum, 342 Northampton St.
Proceeds from the sales of the ornaments offset the costs of Peace Candle Lighting.
Need something for that hard-to-shop-for person on your list? The gift card kiosk inside Easton Public Market, 325 Northampton St., sells both the Downtown Easton gift card and the Easton Public Market gift card. The kiosk takes credit or debit card payments.
The Downtown Easton gift card can also be purchased in select denominations online at eastonmainstreet.org. The card can be used at more than 50 locations in Downtown Easton.
The Easton Public Market gift card can also be purchased online at eastonpublicmarket.com/gift-cards/. Cards are available in pre-set increments and can be shipped to the buyer or gift recipient. It can be used at all the merchant stands within the Easton Public Market.
